PPR Capillary Tube Mat for Heating or Cooling System

The water capillary mats system for heating and cooling was invented in Germany and it has been successfully used for more than 25 years in Western European and developed dynamically to other countries. It received widespread recognition as an energy-efficient system which ensures lower operational costs and a higher level of comfort, compared to traditional heating and cooling systems.

It's an energy-efficient, low-temperature heating and high-temperature cooling system.

It is made of Polypropylene. It consists of the multitude, parallel plastic tubes with diameter of only 4.3mm and two collection pipes.

The mats can be connected to different heat energy carrier (heat pump, gas boiler, central heating, solar energy) that is circulating at an efficient temperature, powered by a reverse cycle heat pump.

Hot or cold water runs through the capillary tube system to exchange heat with the space air by radiation.

The mats can be easily installed in the ceiling, wall, or floor.

2.Capillary tube mat can be used to make air conditioning wall (also called gravity cycle air conditioning system), which is easy to adjust the temperature and humidity.

3.Capillary tube mat can be used for heating to replace the traditional radiator and common floor heating system, which is easier to install and has high efficiency.

4.Capillary tube mat can be used in agricultural greenhouse. Using the regenerative capacity of the soil,

it can help to balance the temperature difference and improve the production efficiency.

5.Capillary tube mat can be made as the heat collector of the water resource heat pump, which can also be used to collect the residential heat of industrial waste water, can recycle the renewable resources.
